General booking conditions

These General Booking Conditions (hereinafter referred to as General Conditions) shall govern the commercial relationship that arises between Ibiza Feeling S.L. and the user or customer for the booking made through the forms that Ibiza Feeling S.L. makes available on its websitehttps://www.ibizafeeling.com/es/.

Booking through Ibiza Feeling S.L.'s web sites shall imply the express acceptance by the customer or user of the pages of these conditions, as well as the conditions of use established for the user's browsing through the pages owned by Ibiza Feeling S.L.

These conditions shall apply without prejudice to the application of the legal regulations on the matter that may be applicable in each case.

The General Terms and Conditions of Contract regulate the distance selling relationship between Ibiza Feeling S.L. and the user or customer, in accordance with the legal stipulations, in particular, Law 7/1998, of 13 April, on General Contracting Conditions, Law 3/2014, of 27 March, which modifies the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, the current and applicable regulations on the Protection of Personal Data, Law 7/1996, of 15 January, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, and Law 34/2002 of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.

Information prior to booking

Ibiza Feeling S.L. informs that the booking procedure through its web pages is detailed in the corresponding section for the formalisation of the booking.

Likewise, Ibiza Feeling S.L. informs that the user can access the conditions of use available on the same website.

By booking with Ibiza Feeling S.L. through its website, the user or client expressly declares that he/she knows, understands and accepts these General Conditions. Likewise, the user declares to be of legal age and to have the legal capacity to access the Ibiza Feeling S.L. websites and to contract through them. The user is responsible for the veracity of the data entered in the booking form, such as dates of accommodation, number of people who are going to occupy the room and declares to be authorised to do so on behalf of all the members of the group included in the booking. Likewise, the user undertakes to comply with the particular rules of the tourist establishment.

The price of the reservation includes exclusively the services chosen and detailed in the reservation form.

Once the booking has been made, the user will see the confirmation of their booking on screen, and will receive both the booking voucher and the contracting conditions previously provided in the on-line booking process in the e-mail account they have provided.

Special conditions

Check-in time is from 16:00h onwards and check-out time is from 12:00h onwards.

The exclusive advantages for booking on the official website, especially early check-in and late check-out, are subject to availability.

The Balearic Tourist Tax is not included in the room price (2.20 euros per person per day of stay). Law 2/2016 of 30 March of the Balearic Parliament.

Smoking is prohibited in all rooms of our properties and common areas, with the exception of balconies and the pool area at The Purple Hotel. Law 42/2010, of 30 December 2010, amending Law 28/2005, of 26 December, on health measures against smoking.

By confirming your reservation, you are confirming a room category and not a specific room or room number. We will always do our best to accommodate your preferences, but we cannot guarantee it.

Methods of payment

Ibiza Feeling S.L. requests, when booking through its website, the credit card details of the holder of the reservation. You will always be asked for the following details: the card number, the expiry date and the validation code printed in italics on the back of your card (CVV).

As a general rule, the rates on our website will not be charged in advance and payment on arrival at the establishment is permitted in cash (euros) or by card. After entering the card details, we will request verification of the card, so it will be connected to the secure payment system Redsys, backed by Banco de Sabadell, with a transaction of 0 euros so that your card details are recorded with total security in our system.

In the event that the client prefers to pay for the room online in advance, the transactions are encrypted in the secure Redsys payment system. This environment guarantees that credit card information will not be intercepted and therefore will not reach anyone other than the bank in charge of processing the client's payment instructions.

The stored card details will be used as a guarantee of the reservation in the event of late cancellation, when the customer does not show up at the establishment on the day of arrival or when the customer checks out with a balance due.

Cancellation of the reservation

The cancellation conditions will depend on the contracted rate.

Flexible rate: The first night will be charged if cancelled less than 24h in advance or in case of no-show.

Language

The applicable language is Spanish. In case of discrepancy, this version will prevail.

Modification of conditions

The owner of the website reserves the right to modify these General Conditions at any time and without prior notice, by publishing the new conditions on this site. If any clause included in these conditions is declared, totally or partially, null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness will only affect said provision or the part of the same that is null or ineffective, with the general conditions subsisting in all other respects, with said provision, or the part of the same that is affected, being considered as not being in force.
