      • What is Ibiza Feeling Group?

        Ibiza Feeling Group is a small hotel group with hotels and restaurants in Sant Antoni de Portmany, one of the most beautiful and vibrant areas of Ibiza.

        Our accommodations are The Red Hotel, The Blue Apartments, The White Apartments, and The Purple Hotel, each with its own style but sharing one thing in common: the essence of Ibiza.

        They are comfortable, functional spaces with personality, designed for you to experience the island your way, whether you come to unwind, discover coves, or enjoy the local vibe.
        Here you will find a relaxed, cheerful, and welcoming atmosphere, free from unnecessary formalities. A place to be yourself, disconnect, and embrace the spirit of Ibiza.

        In addition, we are perfectly located in Sant Antoni, just a short walk away from beaches, restaurants, shops, and some of the most famous sunsets on the island.

      • What are the reception opening hours?

        The receptions at The Red Hotel and The Purple Hotel are open 24 hours, so there will always be someone to help you.

        If you are staying at The White Apartments or The Blue Apartments and need anything, just head over to the reception at The Red Hotel. Our team will be more than happy to help.

      • What time is the check-in and check-out time?

        Check-in: from 16:00 on the day of arrival.
        If your room is ready earlier… even better! We will do everything we can to get you in as soon as possible so you can start enjoying your stay.

        Check-out: until 12:00 on the day of departure.
        Would you like to extend your stay a bit longer? You can request a late check-out (subject to availability and for an additional fee).

      • Are the hotels Adults Only?

        Yes. All our hotels and apartments are only for guests over 18 years old.

        This allows us to offer a quiet, relaxed atmosphere designed for adults, perfect for disconnecting, enjoying Ibiza, and living the experience at your own pace.

      • Do I have to inform the hotel if I am going to be late?

        Don't worry if you arrive late: our receptions are open 24 hours, so your room will be waiting for you even if you arrive after midnight.

        However, if for any reason your arrival is delayed until the next day (for example, if your flight is canceled), we recommend letting us know. This prevents your reservation from being automatically canceled and ensures that your room remains reserved for you.

      • What documentation do I have to present at the hotel?

        Upon check-in, you will need to show the ID or passport of everyone included in the reservation at reception.

        It is not essential to bring a printed booking confirmation, but it is always handy to have it on your phone, just in case we need to check any details.

      • Is there WiFi in the hotel?

        Of course! We offer free Wi-Fi in all common areas as well as in the rooms and apartments.

        Perfect for sharing your photos of Ibiza, planning your day… or simply unwinding while watching something on streaming.

      • Does the hotel offer transportation to or from the airport?

        The hotel does not have a direct airport shuttle service.

        But don't worry: you will easily find taxis and buses at Ibiza Airport, and the journey to Sant Antoni is quick and straightforward.

      • What can I do with my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

        If you are staying at The Red Hotel or The Purple Hotel, you can leave your luggage in our free luggage storage area both before checking into your room and after checking out.

        If your accommodation is The Blue Apartments or The White Apartments, you can leave your bags at The Red Hotel, no problem.

        This way, you can keep enjoying Ibiza without carrying your luggage around.

      • Do hotels have parking facilities?

        The Purple Hotel is the only one of our accommodations that features private parking. The rates are: 10.00 euros per day for cars and 6.00 euros per day for motorbikes. Reservations are NOT accepted; everything is managed upon arrival at reception.

        At The Red Hotel, The Blue Apartments, and The White Apartments we do not have our own parking. But don't worry: just 200-300 meters away you will find two public parking lots, one near the bus station and another at the entrance of Sant Antoni:

      • What is the breakfast schedule?

        At The Red Hotel, the buffet breakfast is served daily from 8:30 to 11:30 at The Red Café, to start the day with good vibes.

        If you are staying at The Blue Apartments or The White Apartments, you can also come here to start your day with energy.

        At The Purple Hotel, breakfast is served from 9:00 to 12:00. There is no buffet here: you can choose an option from our breakfast menu, accompanied by coffee or tea and a fresh or bottled juice.

        You can add breakfast included when making your reservation on our website or purchase it upon arrival at reception.

        Do you prefer to have breakfast only on certain days? No problem: you can also book it for individual days during your stay.

      • How often are rooms cleaned?

        Rooms are cleaned daily, as long as you do not have the "do not disturb" sign out.

        Towels are also changed every day, although if you prefer a more sustainable option you can let us know that you do not need a daily change.

        As for the sheets, we change them every 3 days to ensure your stay is always comfortable.

      • Are pets allowed?

        The Purple Hotel is the only one of our accommodations that is pet friendly.

        Your pet will be welcome for €15 per day. However, we recommend letting us know in advance so we can have everything ready for their arrival.

        At The Red Hotel, The Blue Apartments, and The White Apartments, pets are not allowed at the moment.

      • Which restaurants are in the Ibiza Feeling Group?

        Within the Ibiza Feeling Group, you have several options for lunch, dinner, or simply having a drink:

        • The Red Café, in the lobby of The Red Hotel, where you will find breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktails. Open to both guests and anyone passing by.
        • The Purple Pool Bar, at The Purple Hotel, perfect for enjoying breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktails by the pool.
        • Venezia Pizzeria e Ristorante, our Italian restaurant with a pizza oven, located right next to The Red Hotel and The Blue Apartments. It is open from noon until midnight. Open to the general public.
      • How can I find out about all the offers and news?

        Very easy: you can register for Ibiza Feeling Club, our loyalty club.

        From the very first moment, you can enjoy discounts on your reservations, and also accumulate points to get other exclusive benefits, special promotions, and news before anyone else.

        You just need to register directly from our website.

      • What is the difference between the flexible and non-refundable rate on our website?

        The flexible rate allows for free cancellation up to 3 days before your arrival (if canceled past the deadline, a charge corresponding to the first night will be applied), and does not require payment in advance.

        On the contrary, the non-refundable rate is slightly cheaper because it does not allow cancellations of any kind (only modifications if requested in advance and subject to availability; otherwise, the money already paid will not be recovered) and requires full payment of the reservation in advance, at the time of booking.

      • What are the payment methods?

        You can pay for your reservation in cash or with a Visa, Mastercard, or Maestro card in the cardholder's name.

        If you come to The Purple Hotel, we also accept American Express.

        You can also pay in advance via a payment link that will be sent to your email before your arrival, to speed up the check-in process at reception; this is the option we recommend.

      • When must the reservation be paid for?

        For web or direct bookings: if you have selected the flexible rate, payment can be made upon arrival at the hotel, so don't worry: you book now and pay when you arrive. There is also the option to pay in advance, which saves you time during check-in.

        If you have selected the non-refundable rate, payment must be made in advance, at the time the booking is made.

        If you booked through another site, you must read their terms and conditions, as we cannot manage external bookings.

      • Is it possible to pay for the reservation before arrival?

        Of course!

        If you prefer to pay for your reservation before you arrive, just contact our central reservations team and we will explain all the available options.

        You can write to us directly at [email protected] and we will help you get everything ready before your arrival.

      • What are the cancellation conditions?

        If you cancel your reservation made on www.ibizafeeling.com more than 72 hours in advance, you will not incur any charges.

        If you cancel outside of this period, the amount for the first night will be charged.

        And if you don't show up without notice, we also apply this same charge.

        For reservations made on other websites, the cancellation conditions of each website will apply.

      • What is the ECOTASA or TASA TURÍSTICA?

        The ECO-TAX is a small tourist tax used by public authorities in various regions and countries to protect the environment and promote responsible tourism in the area.

        All guests over 16 years old must pay the eco-tax, even if they are residents of the Balearic Islands, although children under 16 are exempt.

        This tax is included in all reservations and is normally paid upon arrival at the hotel, during check-in.
