Es Rebost de Can Prats
If you are looking to try true Ibizan cuisine, this is the ideal place to do so. In 1994, the century-old home of the Prats family's grandparents was transformed into a restaurant, and since then, they have been offering typical dishes of Ibizan gastronomy such as sofrit pagès, ensalada de crostes with dried fish, or squid stuffed with sobrasada.

Overlooking the pontoons of the Sant Antoni marina, we find Es Nàutic restaurant. A place with beautiful views that offers fresh fish and rice dishes, among others, of exceptional quality. You cannot miss trying the Bullit de Peix.
Es Tragón
If you are looking for a place to be surprised with every bite, Es Tragón is the place for you. Chef Álvaro Sanz and his team are in charge of creating highly delicious tasting menus with very elaborate preparations using high-quality local products.
